​Our 5-Step Process

We handle every detail — so you don’t have to. From the first walkthrough to the final cleanup, our process is designed to make estate sales simple, efficient, and stress-free for you and your family.

1. Free In-Home Consultation

We start with a no-obligation visit to walk through the property, answer your questions, and provide honest feedback. We'll discuss your timeline, goals, and what to expect.

2. Sorting, Staging & Setup

Once you’re ready, our team gets to work. We sort, organize, stage, and price everything — from large furniture to small household goods. We handle all the details so your sale is ready to shine.

3. The Estate Sale

We host a multi-day in-home sale (typically 2–3 days), manage customer traffic, and handle all transactions. Your items are clearly priced and presented with care. We aim to maximize value while keeping the process respectful and secure.

4. Post-Sale Cleanup

After the final day, we’ll help coordinate donation pickups, cleanout services, or a buyout of remaining items if needed. Our goal is to leave the home in a clean, broom-swept condition — ready for the next step.

5. Final Report & Payment

You’ll receive a detailed summary of what sold, along with your payment. This final step is typically completed within 5 business days of the sale closing.
